I wanted to learn about jQuery so I've been doing some coding during my daily commute on the train. The result is .NET Regex, a tool for testing regular expressions:

The UI is HTML/JavaScript but if Silverlight is available this is used to test the regular expression. If it's not available, Ajax calls are made to the server. The icon in the top right indicates which is being used.

I still need to add functionality such as displaying any groups in the matches but I think it already reaches the level of minimum viable product.
